Chief Mountain is located on the eastern border of Glacier National Park and the Blackfeet Indian Reservation. See the wikipedia article. It is very striking because it rises suddenly to 5000 feet above the plain. It was also really beautiful, especially because a storm just hit and then a full rainbow appeared just behind us. The vertical shape of it reminded me of Devils Tower, famous from Close Encounters of the Third Kind.
